Absolutely! Guests are welcome to join us for select social events with the purchase of a $150 guest registration.
Guest registration includes admission to the Welcome Reception, Wednesday Cocktail Reception, and Awards Dinner. Guest registration does not include educational sessions, daytime meals, or other associate-only programming.
Refund requests for attendee and guest registrations must be submitted by April 30, 2027. After this date, registrations are nonrefundable due to final commitments and guarantees made to the hotel.
Sponsorship registrations are subject to separate payment and cancellation terms, outlined below.

Yes! A special conference room rate of $309 per night, plus applicable taxes, is available at the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa.
The hotel’s standard resort fee is waived for reservations made within the conference room block.
We encourage attendees to reserve their accommodations early, as room availability is limited. The hotel booking deadline is April 26, 2027, subject to availability.

Yes! Valet parking is available at the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa at a special discounted conference rate of $30 per day, reduced from the standard rate of $45 per day.
Conference check-in is expected to open around 8:00 AM on Monday, May 17, 2027.
While the agenda is still being developed, we anticipate Monday’s Kick-Off beginning around 2:00–3:00 PM. We recommend planning your travel accordingly.

Yes! Sponsors may register additional representatives to attend the conference for $425 per person, beyond the registrations included in their sponsorship package.
The number of included registrations varies by sponsorship level. Please refer to the Sponsorship Prospectus for details on what’s included with your package.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of sponsorship registration. The remaining balance must be paid by March 31, 2027, to retain Early Bird pricing. Sponsorship registrations completed after March 31, 2027, require payment in full.

All sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable. For cancellations submitted on or before March 31, 2027, payments made beyond the initial deposit may be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 31, 2027, or for sponsorship registrations completed after that date.
Sponsors planning to ship exhibit materials, promotional items, or other conference supplies to the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa should coordinate shipment details in advance.
Specific shipping instructions, labeling requirements, recommended delivery dates, and any applicable receiving or handling fees will be provided soon.
