Where do I ship my tabletop booth and what are the related charges?
Conference Shipping and Receiving Procedures
The resort’s Shipping & Receiving Department can receive, secure, and deliver materials up to 3 working days prior to the event.
Handling Fees:
- 0–5 lbs: $5.00 per package
- 6–20 lbs: $10.00 per package
- 21–50 lbs: $15.00 per package
- Over 50 lbs: $25.00 per package
- Pallets: $100.00 each
All outbound packages incur a $5.00 handling fee per box, plus applicable shipping charges if using the hotel’s account. Guests may use their own shipping accounts.
Note: The resort will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.

What is the exhibitor cancellation policy?
- More than 90 business days prior: 50% of total booth cost charged
- Within 90 business days: No refund; full payment required
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing
