All reservations require a credit card guarantee and a deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.
As a courtesy to conference attendees, the discounted room rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the official conference dates, based on availability. The discounted rate ends when the room block is sold out or after the reservation cut-off date, whichever comes first.
