Where do I ship my tabletop booth and what are the related charges?
Packages should be addressed as follows:
Guest Name (Receiving Package), Company Name, Date of Arrival, Return Address

If you require return shipping, please be sure to enclose a return label in your package.
Costs are as follows for all incoming and outgoing boxes:
• $5.00 per box (less than 50lbs) • $10.00 per box (50-75lbs)
• $20.00 per box (75-100lbs) • $100.00 per pallet/skid
• All shipments must be prepaid. C.O.D. shipments will be refused
• If you are shipping multiple boxes (5 or more large boxes), please have them shipped on a pallet. This will help to see that all boxes arrive safely and in a timely manner.

The shipments will be signed for by Hyatt Clearwater Beach and Spa staff and you will have to pick up at the Front Desk Lobby or in the Event Arena upon arrival.
**Please note: Resort reserves the right to refuse to accept packages that appear damaged; and in any event, assumes no liability of the condition of the contents of such packages. Resort will not accept materials delivered prior to two (2) days before function.

What is the deadline for logo and ad submission?
August 30, 2024

What are the acceptable formats for ad submission?
We will need logos in an .eps format. This will allow us to place your logo on the conference banner.
The preferred method of submitting ads is pdf, tiff, or jpg to size.
Platinum sponsor and Gold sponsors – 8”w x 10.5”h
Silver sponsors – 8”w x 5.25”h
Bronze sponsors – 3.75”w x 3”h
