If space and/or sponsorships are canceled by the Exhibitor prior to 90 business days from the start of the conference, the Exhibitor will incur a fee of 50% of the total booth cost. If cancellation is made after 90 business days from the start of the conference, there will be no refund and all space contracted for must be paid in full. All notices of cancellation must be received in writing.
